By accessing or using TNSOR ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — Hosts, Renters, and visitors.
TNSOR is a decentralized AI compute network. Hosts contribute their GPU hardware and earn Compute Credits (CC). Users run AI workloads — including image generation via SD-Turbo and private LLM inference — by spending CC. TNSOR provides the relay infrastructure and orchestration layer; we do not own or operate any compute hardware on the grid.
As a Host, you represent that you own or have legal authority to share the hardware you contribute. You are responsible for maintaining your hardware in good working order during active sessions. You agree not to interfere with renter sessions or attempt to access renter data. You acknowledge that the Host Engine self-destructs upon session end, removing all associated tunnel credentials and session artifacts.
As a User, you agree to use the TNSOR platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, launch distributed attacks, or violate any applicable law. Each inference session is isolated and ephemeral — TNSOR does not guarantee data persistence between sessions.
The following are strictly prohibited on TNSOR: (1) Cryptocurrency or token mining using grid compute. (2) Launching denial-of-service attacks or network scanning. (3) Generating, storing, or transmitting illegal, abusive, or CSAM content. (4) Attempting to breach the compute sandbox or access host hardware outside the authorized session. (5) Reverse engineering or tampering with the TNSOR Agent binary. (6) Sharing your session credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Pricing is denominated in Compute Credits (CC). Current rates: Image Generation costs 0.05 CC per image; Private AI costs 0.05–0.20 CC per minute depending on model. CC is purchased via Razorpay and is non-refundable. Hosts earn CC at rates of 0.20–0.80 CC per active compute hour based on GPU tier. TNSOR does not guarantee uptime, node availability, or minimum host earnings.
The TNSOR platform, including its web interface, Host Engine binary, API, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of TNSOR Protocol and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
TNSOR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, compute performance, or data integrity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNSOR and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of TNSOR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
