We collect your email address when you create an account via Supabase Auth. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment information at signup. When you host a node, we temporarily store hardware metadata (GPU model, VRAM, RAM) in our Redis session store — this data is deleted when your session ends. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
Your email is used solely to authenticate your account and send critical service communications (e.g. payment confirmations, security alerts). Hardware metadata from host nodes is used only to display your node's specifications to potential renters on the compute grid. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies enforced. Session state is stored in Upstash Redis with automatic expiry. All API communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Compute traffic between hosts and users is routed through TNSOR's encrypted relay — neither party sees the other's IP address. We do not store any files or prompts from inference sessions beyond what is necessary to deliver the result.
Hosts cannot see the prompts or outputs of user inference sessions. Users cannot access the host's filesystem, network, or any data outside their isolated session. Each session uses a unique cryptographically random token. Once a session ends, all associated session data is purged and the token is invalidated.
We use session cookies managed by Supabase Auth for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear session cookies by logging out.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your email and hardware profile are permanently removed. Ephemeral session data is already automatically purged.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
